Our Pricing Transparency Promise: Full and Final Flat Fees, Shown in 2 Minutes
Most accounting firms make you call, book a meeting and wait days to find out what they charge. We do the opposite. Answer a few questions in our pricing calculator and your full and final flat fee appears on screen in about two minutes — HST included, no hourly billing, no surprise invoice at the end. If it suits you, you can hire us in about five more minutes.

Why we publish our fees where anyone can see them
Ask ten accounting firms in Toronto what a corporate tax return costs and you will get ten versions of the same answer: it depends. That answer is not wrong — scope really does change the price — but it is usually a way of avoiding the number until you are already in a meeting. We think that gets it backwards. You should be able to see the number first, in private, before you give anyone your time.
So we put our fees in a calculator and pointed it at the public internet. Anyone can use it: our clients, people shopping around, and the firms we compete with. You tell it what you actually need — corporate tax filing, bookkeeping, payroll, GST/HST, incorporation — and it shows you the full and final flat fee for exactly that. HST is already in the number. Nothing is held back for the meeting.
Publishing a price is a commitment, not a marketing line. It means we cannot quote one business more than another for the same work, we cannot let a fee drift upward because a file took longer than we planned, and we cannot bill you for asking us a question. That discipline is the entire point.

How the 2-minute quote works, step by step
The pricing calculator is a short online form, not a lead-capture trick. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you open it.
Open the calculator
Go to the pricing calculator. Nothing is behind a login and there is no obligation to continue.
Tell us about your business
Corporation or sole proprietor, your industry, roughly how many transactions and employees, whether you are registered for GST/HST.
Select the services you need
Corporate tax filing, bookkeeping, payroll, GST/HST returns, compilation report, incorporation — tick only what applies.
See your full and final fee
Your flat fee appears on screen, HST included. That is the fee for the scope you selected — not a range, not an estimate.
If something about your situation does not fit neatly into the questions — several years of catch-up filing, a holding company, a non-resident shareholder — the calculator still gives you a starting number, and a two-minute conversation settles the rest before anything is signed.
How hiring us takes 5 minutes, step by step
This is how to hire a CPA in 5 minutes. Once you have your fee, there is no proposal to wait for and no second meeting to schedule. Five steps, all online, and your file is open.
Get your fee
~2 minutes
Run the pricing calculator and note the full and final flat fee for the services you need.
Confirm the scope
~1 minute
Tell us to proceed. We confirm in writing what is included at that fee, so there is no ambiguity later.
Sign the engagement letter
~1 minute
You receive an engagement letter with the fee on it. Sign it electronically — no printing, no office visit.
Send your documents
~1 minute
Upload what you have, or give us access to your bookkeeping file. We tell you exactly what is missing.
Meet your CPA
Same week
You are assigned to Sharad or Vandana — the same two people every year, reachable by phone and email.
Payment is by Interac e-Transfer to info@gondaliyacpa.ca (auto-deposit is enabled, so no security question is needed). There is no retainer to fund before we start.
What “full and final” actually means
“Flat fee” is a phrase a lot of firms use loosely. Here is the plain-English version of what it means at Gondaliya CPA.
What the fee covers
- The work you selected in the calculator, done end to end and filed
- Your questions by phone and email while we do it — we do not bill for calls
- HST, already inside the number you saw
- CRA correspondence on the returns we prepared for you
- The tax strategy conversation that comes with being our client
What it does not mean
- It is not a deposit, a retainer or a “starting from” teaser
- It is not an estimate that gets reconciled against hours later
- It is not exclusive of tax — HST is included, not added on
- It does not cover work you have not asked for and not agreed to
- It does not quietly expire if the file takes us longer than we planned
The only thing that changes it
- A change in scope — and only one you approve in writing first
- Example: you quoted one year of catch-up filing and it turns out to be three
- Example: you add payroll or a GST/HST registration mid-year
- Example: a CRA audit of a year we did not prepare
- In every case you see the new number before any work starts
If we get the scope wrong and the work turns out bigger than we thought, that is our problem, not your invoice. The number you agreed to is the number you pay.
Traditional CPA firm process vs Gondaliya CPA process
Nothing here is a criticism of the traditional model — it is simply how most firms have always worked. It is also why finding out what a CPA costs takes so long.
| Stage | Traditional CPA firm | Gondaliya CPA |
|---|---|---|
| Finding out the price | Call, leave a message, wait for a callback, book a meeting | Open the pricing calculator and answer a few questions — no call required |
| Time to a number | Several days to a couple of weeks | About 2 minutes, on screen |
| How the fee is quoted | An hourly rate, or an estimate that can move once the work starts | A full and final flat fee for the scope you selected |
| HST | Quoted before tax, then added to the invoice | Included in the fee you see — nothing is added later |
| Phone calls and emails | Often billable, sometimes in six-minute increments | Included. We do not bill you for asking us a question |
| Surprise invoices | Extra time billed after the work is done | No new charge unless the scope changes and you approve it first |
| Time to hire | Proposal, follow-up meeting, then paperwork | About 5 minutes, fully online |
| Onboarding | Office visit, printed forms, physical documents | E-signed engagement letter and secure document upload |
| Who does your work | Often a rotating junior, with partner time billed on top | The same two CPAs every year, reachable directly |
| Guarantee | Rarely offered | 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and 60-Day Fees-Matching Policy |
| Public proof | A handful of testimonials on the website | 1300+ verified 5-star Google reviews, published in full |
| Paying | Invoice terms, sometimes an upfront retainer | Interac e-Transfer to info@gondaliyacpa.ca — no retainer |

The proof behind the promise
A promise about pricing is only worth what backs it. Ours is backed by two written commitments, a public review record, and a licence you can verify.
💰 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every engagement carries our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If the work is not what we said it would be, you raise it with us inside 30 days. The terms that apply to your file are set out in writing in your engagement letter, before you pay anything.
🧾 60-Day Fees-Matching Policy
Bring us a comparable written quote from another licensed CPA firm for the same scope of work within 60 days, and our Fees-Matching Policy applies. The point is simple: you should never have to choose between a fair price and a licensed CPA.
